Titled simply as Battlefield 1, Battlefield is back and looks set to offset the silliness of Call of Duty’s increasingly futuristic instalments by going back to World War I for epic multiplayer battles of up to 64 players taking place on the land, air and sea.
Players will be able to do battle with a selection of battlefields from the beautiful Italian coast to vast Arabian desert, using a wide variety of vehicles and weaponry from the era. The trailer showcases a few of these to spectacular effect – with tanks, biplanes, triplanes, horses, flamethrowers, swords, battleships, artillery and even blimps making an appearance. That epic trailer claims to be created from in game footage, which probably has to taken with a pinch of salt, but even if the in game visuals are close to the trailer then it’s going to be a jaw dropping experience.
To sign up for the Battlefield 1 Beta, players simply have to join EA’s ‘Battlefield Insider’ program, which will not only give early access to the Beta, but will also unlock exclusive content and in-game rewards. So what are you waiting for? We’ll see you on the Battlefield!

You spelled Access wrong. “not only give early assess to the Beta”
Oops! Our mistake. Thanks for the heads up!
