Android owners can now sign up to join in the FIFA Mobile 2018 Beta, which brings a new graphics engine, better physics and and a whole suite of new skill moves to the small screen.
Coming to iOS and Android (but with a Beta only currently available on Android), the 2018 installment of FIFA Mobile keeps the real-time PvP matches, Ultimate Team, Attack Mode and live events of the previous installment and gives the engine a total overhaul. Mbappe, Messi and pals all look better than ever and they also move better than ever too – with updated animations and also allowing you to pull off new skill moves like step-overs, heel-to-heel and lane changes. Also, the free-kick system has been reworked to work button on touch screens, with you tracing the ball trajectory across the screen.
With the likes of Fortnite, PAYDAY: Crime War and Elder Scrolls: Blades proving that you can have a console quality experience on mobile devices it looks like mainstream game developers are starting to take mobile gaming seriously. This latest installment of FIFA Mobile is the best looking yet and looks set to offer another console quality experience that you can play on your phone. Spots in the Beta are limited and it’s first come, first served so sign up quick to secure your place!
