Freads, a clever local 3 person co-op (or 3 fingered single player) game made for the Ludum Dare 38, has you working together to defend a middle circle from small ships aiming for it.
In Freads you and two of your friends make up the three points on a triangle. This triangle’s soul purpose is to protect a circle in the middle of the screen from smaller triangle ships from coming in contact with it. You can eliminate these ships but hitting the ship with the same color side of the triangle. Each of your fingers represent a specific corner, so you need to work together to turn the triangle in the right way. As you play, the side of the screen where the triangles come from will glow so you can see what colored triangles are coming next. The longer you last, the higher your score will be.
Freads can also be played with a single person, however it is quite the challenging experience. Twisting your own fingers and preventing them from leaving the screen can be difficult when also trying to see what is going on in game. It looks simple but the mechanics are very clever, providing an addictive and fun experience, especially with a few friends.

This looks not color blind friendly…
Haha, that’s probably more to do with the compression on the GIF. It’s a bit easier to distinguish between them when actually playing. :)
