In KARMA: The Dark World you are a Thought Bureau agent in a world dominated by the omnipresent Leviathan Corporation. You use special headsets to enter suspects’ minds and investigate crimes. The game blends cinematic storytelling with mind-bending surreal environments in a story that explores themes of family, love, loss, and control while pushing the boundaries of interactive storytelling.
The plot can get a little confusing and the pacing could be tightened a little, but it’s a very interesting game with some great imagery and beautiful visuals. They’ve crafted a fascinating world that both horrifies and intrigues as you delve deeper.
