Rain on Your Parade – Alpha Demo

Rain on Your Parade is a delightful little physics based puzzle action game where you control a naughty little cloud who likes ruining people’s day.

In Rain on Your Parade you control a cute little cloud who wants to travel to a legendary land called Seattle, where clouds can roam free and rain on anything they want, whenever they want. The cloud packs his bags and sets off on a globe-trotting adventure, where he’ll see new sights, meet new people and rain on all of them!

The Rain on Your Parade demo build features around 30 minutes of gameplay and is split up into short levels, each of which has its own unique setting and objectives (and bonus objectives) for you to complete. So one minute you may be protecting a bomb from a bomb defusal team and the next you may be ruining a childs’ birthday party or setting fire to a cornfield to create popcorn.

Your main ability is to rain water down on everything, but you can also unlock new abilities, such as thunder, and some levels also have acid or black smoke that you can absorb to change your properties. You can even unlock new hats for your cloud to wear, alter its color and draw a custom face for it.

You may spend most of your time ruining everyone’s day in Rain on Your Parade, but playing it is a surefire way to brighten up yours. It’s a wonderful game with a whole lot of charm and creativity. It’s a very playful experience, with lots of variety and levels packed full of great little touches. Who’d of thought that being a party pooper could be so much fun?
