Resident Evil Re:Verse is a Resident Evil spin-off which will see heroes and villains from the long-running franchise facing off against each other in multiplayer deathmatches.
We did sort of cover the Resident Evil Re:Verse Beta sign up last week when it was an unnamed 25th Anniversary of Resident Evil Beta Sign up. Capcom has now released some more info about the game and what it’s actually called now, but if you signed up via the link in the previous article then you’re already signed up for this Beta.
Resident Evil Re:Verse is a third person deathmatch game that will be free to owners of Resident Evil Village. In the game you’ll be able to take control of a wide variety of heroes and villains from previous Resident Evil games, including Chris Redfield, Claire Redfield, Jill Valentine, Ada Wong, Leon S. Kenney, Nemesis, Hunk and Jack Baker. When a player is killed they will then turn into a powerful bioweapon that can be used against other players.
As mentioned in the 25th Anniversary of Resident Evil Beta sign up article, you’ll need a Resident Evil Ambassador account, and the higher the ambassador ranking the more chance you have of making it in. Beta testing starts on Jan 28th and the final cut-off point for signing up is the 25th.
