RoBo: The Allectric Idventurer is a charming looking third person puzzle action platforming adventure where a dyslexic kid in a toy robot’s body sets out to save the world.
In RoBo: The Allectric Idventurer the entire human race has had their souls transferred into toys due to a virus threat, an experimental “Dynoporter” machine and a nefarious steampunk gang. You now follow the adventure of Robin – a dyslexic kid whose soul is in a toy robot and now sets out to find the Dynoporter machine, transfer everyone’s souls back into their bodies and save the world. Should be a piece of cake!
The game seems to play a little like a classic Ratchet and Clank-esque third person action platformer, but with a little more focus on puzzles. You’ll also be exploring the world from a little toy robot’s perspective, so it should make everyday locations look like massive sprawling environments filled with unlikely hazards.
