Steambirds Alliance is a massively multiplayer cooperative bullet hell shooter with RPG elements, which allows you to fly into battle alongside dozens of other players as your bird squadron battles enemies and a variety of powerful feline bosses.
Previously featured on Alpha Beta Gamer back in 2017 during the closed Beta sign up, Steambirds Alliance is a massively multiplayer twin-stick bullet hell shooter from Spry Fox LLC (creators of Road Not Taken, Alphabear and Triple Town and co-developers of Realm of the Mad God). It draws inspiration from Realm of the Mad God, but instead of a pixel art fantasy setting, it features a beautifully rendered 3D steampunk world where birds take to the skies in a variety of ships and blast enemies out of the air.
It’s very easy to pick up and play and offers a very pleasant massively multiplayer environment to do battle in. The twin-stick bullet hell combat is fun and works well with mouse and keyboard or on a control pad. There’s lots of bosses to do battle with and loot to collect, which you can use to upgrade your ship. You can also purchase upgrades, craft items even unlock better ships as you levels up.
It’s a fun game that builds on the popular massively multiplayer bullet hell shooter gameplay of Realm of the Mad God to deliver a slick, easily accessible and social shooter experience. Open Beta testing is planned to take place every weekend, so join now for some feathery shoot ‘em up fun.
