Strobophagia: Rave Horror is a psychedelic first person horror game where you attend an occult forest rave and the price of admission may be your life.
In Strobophagia: Rave Horror you follow some instructions on your phone and track a local Wi-Fi signal to find yourself at The Headless Festival – a secret woodland rave that promises partygoers the ultimate expression of freedom. As secret woodland raves go, The Headless Festival is a very cool one, with a great atmosphere, plenty of alcohol, lots of body-painted revellers and some excellent tunes. There is the small issue that the festival forms part of an occult ritual that may involve killing all the partygoers and raising an ancient evil though…
The Alpha build of Strobophagia: Rave Horror features a chunk of the single-player story mode which takes around 30 minutes to play through and an asymmetric multiplayer mode where one player hunts the other. It’s a very impressive game with a great sense of atmosphere and a very unique setting for a horror game. There’s a real feeling of awe as you first enter the rave in the story mode and an escalating feeling of terror as you reach the Alpha’s conclusion.
It’s really shaping up to be an excellent horror game. The only issue at the moment is the in-game smartphone which feels a little fiddly and unintuitive using mouse and keyboard controls (which could perhaps be amended with a bit of button remapping). It’s a small issue though and (unlike your character) you won’t regret attending Strobophagia: Rave Horror’s Headless Festival – people are dying to get in! Highly recommended.

I liked the design, and the music. I think when this fully is released it will be a very fun game to play. I look forward to it.
Will it be be available for Xbox one when the full game comes out?
