Transmorphosis is a point and click horror puzzle game set within a remote mental hospital that has a habit of turning sane people mad.
In Transmorphosis you are a new doctor at a mental hospital that’s gone through some very bad times. It appears the previous doctor went insane (and may end up being one of your patients), so you’ll need to be careful as you treat patients and unravel the hospital’s dark past.
The gameplay in Transmorphosis blends point and click adventure style puzzling with more traditional puzzles like mazes and slider puzzles. The demo sees you solving puzzles to treat a patient and then you enter a point and click adventure style section where you make some discoveries in a very unhygienic bathroom.
It’s an interesting game with some fantastic artwork, a unique premise and a nice variety of puzzles. The amount of detail in the environments is particularly impressive, though you probably don’t want to look too closely in the toilets!
