World⁴ is a head melting puzzle exploration game being created by Alexander Muscat in which you explore 4 separate realities simultaneously.
There is no story to the game yet, but in itself World⁴ is an incredible visual experience. It can be played on 4 separate monitors or on a single screen divided into four sections. Each of the four perspectives are similar, but have significant changes which (if you pay attention to them) can aid your progress through the game. This is a wonderfully confusing and disorienting experience as you explore this multi-perspective world. Being able to view each window is very impressive, especially once you leave your dull coloured/shaded room and get introduced to the first signs of colour in the prototype.
It’s still early in development, but the devs are right on the money with World⁴, making you feel immersed as soon as you leave the first room. Your senses will begin to buzz as the awe of the environment captivates you and leaves you wanting more. A first person multiple reality game of spot-the difference that makes for a wonderfully eye-melting and brain-breaking experience.
